The Magic Valley plant is a 60MGY plant that began operations in 2008. It is a highly efficient batch fermentation process designed by Delta-T. Corn is received by unit train from the Midwest. All Magic Valley’s products are sold locally by truck. Ethanol is serving Idaho and Utah markets and the feed products are sold to area dairy, feedlot, and poultry customers. The Magic Valley plant does not dry its feed product contributing to its low carbon ethanol score through reduced natural gas demand while producing high-value high protein feed products.
